Have been happy with customer service Phyllis and the Kerman’s Great People plus enjoyed updates as well but new management has increased price on units that had to move out on smaller unit and now will be trying to do fall cleaning on the other ThankYou

Very respectful and organized and clean been renting in this particular storage building off and on for maybe 7 years and they have been good pick for me.

This facility is good for the location and the prices.It's only been a few months since new ownership. So far, the updates have been nice. Couple years back my unit was broken into and everything was taken. There are cameras, but it just so happened the camera didn't reach where my unit was and the recordings only went back so far. I was disappointed I didn't get much assistance from the previous owners on helping me find out who broke into my unit, especially with there being only one way to come in and go out with a camera located at the entrance/exit. Moving forward, I'm hoping security is upgraded and all units need to be under surveillance. Also, the recordings need to stay on file more than just a day or two. Eventually, a security gate with code entry would be nice. Just a suggestion for an extra piece of mind.
